The matter can be disposed of as the petitioner is seeking directions in Para No.23, prayer clause (B), and the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied with the said directions and will not press for the other reliefs at this stage.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that it would take at-least three months time to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 11th March 2019 in respect of sanction of roster. 4.

Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.1 to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 11th March 2019 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law and policy, within a period of three months from today.
