Learned Advocate for the acquiring body objects for permitting withdrawal of the amount since the hike is more than five times of the amount granted by the Special Land Acquisition Officer. 2.

In connected matters, this Court has permitted to withdraw 70% of the amount deposited in this Court. 3.

In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 70% of the amount deposited in this Court. Out of the
