The present application is filed seeking withdrawal of amount deposited by respondent no.1 in pursuance to order dated 07.05.2025 passed in this petition.

Mr. Kasar, learned Advocate appearing for applicants has placed on record documents indicating that applicant was diagnosed with Acute Coronary Syndrome ICD10-I24 and he has undertone Angiography at Sideep Sahyadri Hospital. 3.

Looking to the submissions advanced and nature of dispute in this Writ Petition, without entering into merits of matter, applicants are permitted to withdraw amount deposited. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C). The applicant no.2-wife shall be entitled to receive amount for herself and on behalf of applicant no.1.
