Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted before us that the petitioner before this Court having grievance about work load and in view of the statement in affidavit in reply by the State Government, more particularly at paragraph-4, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. It will not be out of place to refer to the statement of the State Government at paragraph-4, which reads thus :

The deponent say and submit that, the Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training Academic authority Pune has reconstructed the workload of the Arts teachers in the State of Maharashtra vide its letter dated 28/4/2017. After considering the grievances of the petitioner, earlier Arts teachers were workload of 4 periods per week which was changed to 2 periods per week, on the discussion with the teacher representatives, the earlier workload of 4 period per week is kept unchanged vide circular number CDU3605 dated 5/10/2017. The copy of the said circular number CDU3605 dated 5/10/2017 is annexed herewith and marked as EXHIBIT-"R-1".

In view of this factual position, Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. The petition is disposed of.
