The learned counsel for the applicant submits that Civil Application No. 8650 of 2021 can be disposed of since not necessary. In view of the same the Civil Application No.8650 of 2021stands disposed of.

The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the compensation granted by reference court in this appeal is within the four times and therefore, the matter can be disposed of since the other connected matters are also disposed of in Lok-Adalat. The learned counsel seeks time to verify the position. 3.

In the meantime, the matter is referred to Lok-Adalat dated 11/02/2023.
