The applicant is seeking to set aside the order dated 02.07.2013, passed by the learned Registrar, thereby refusing to register the First Appeal along with Civil Applications. The applicant is also seeking to condone the delay of 12 days caused in filing the present application. 02.

As the delay is trivial, it stands condoned for the reasons assigned in the application.

The learned Registrar has refused to register the First Appeal, on account of failure of the applicant to remove office objections pertaining to page Nos.7 and 8. The learned Advocate for the applicant undertakes to remove office objection within one week from today. 04.

In view of the undertaking, one opportunity needs to be given to the applicant in the interest of justice.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). The office objection be removed within one week, failure to do so, the order dated 02.07.2013 passed by the learned Registrar would stand revived, without reference to the Court. 06.
