Learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, the Management with whom Petitioner No. 15 is working and the School concerning the said Management were not joined as party respondents in the writ petition. In that light, permission to amend the cause title is sought to add them as parties. 2.

In view of the above, the application is partly allowed and disposed of by permitting the petitioners to add Chalisgaon Education Society through its Secretary and the Headmaster of Anandibai Bankat Bayes High School, Chalisgaon as party respondents in the writ petition. Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

Upon the amendment being carried out, issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 18.08.2025.
