The learned A.G.P. placed on record a communication received from the Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune, dated 09/12/2022. The same is marked as 'X' for identification. It is further submitted that, after considering the eligibility of the petitioner, appropriate orders would be passed and benefits would be extended, if found eligible as per the earlier orders passed by this Court, dated 01/07/2022 in Contempt Petition No.264/2017.
