DATE : AUGUST 23, 2021 ORDER :- Only 50% of the amount under the impugned award has been deposited. It is a death claim. The claimants are husband and daughter of the deceased Mangalabai. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 90% of the amount presently in deposit with this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The amount be paid equally to the applicants.
