The learned advocate representing the Municipal Council submits, on instructions, that the impugned orders would be withdrawn and the proposals of these petitioners would be forwarded to the Zilla Parishad.

The learned counsel representing the Zilla Parishad has tendered across the bar, a copy of the written instructions dated 17th October, 2022, received from Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that since a statement is made that the impugned orders are being withdrawn and since the proposals of these petitioners are being forwarded, he would also pray for the back wages since the Municipal Council had committed a grave error in terminating the services of the petitioners, which decision is being recalled. 4.
In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off as withdrawn. As the petitioners' proposal has been forwarded and since they are claiming back wages, in the event there is any grievance un-redressed in future, the petitioners are at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.
