Learned advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners desire to resort to a remedy as is provided in law for challenging the judgment dated 12th February, 2018, delivered by the appellate Court in MCA No. 49/2015. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of to enable the petitioners to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law.

The time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 11th July, 2018, till the passing of this order would be a ground to be considered for condonation of delay.
