The petitioner, a practicing lawyer, desires that we should exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 for recovering his professional fees from respondent Nos. 2 and 3. This matter was heard for some time.

The learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the quantum of professional fees is a matter of dispute. 3.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions khs/April 2022/1508

- 2 - that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail of a remedy for seeking recovery of the professional fees. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in Law.
