By order dated 08th September 2025, the concerned Officer of the Police Station, Maujpuri, filed the report contending that the appellant Vasant Kathulu Padmukh expired. He filed his report along with an attested copy of the death certificate.

On perusal of the death certificate, it appears that appellant - Vasant Kathulu Padmukh expired on 20th October 2023. In view of the same, the appeal is abated and disposed of.
