Heard. Learned counsel for petitioner has invited our attention to communication dated 23 rd July, 2015, issued by the Desk Officer of Government of Maharashtra, Co-operation, Marketing and Textile Department, Mumbai, thereby directing postponement of the elections of the Managing Committees of those APMCs, in the State of Maharashtra, in respect of which, the process of election has not reached the stage, as prescribed under Rule 43(1) of the APMC rules or in respect of which, there are no specific directions issued either by the High Court or the Supreme court. In case of the present APMC, Tuljapur, final list of voters is yet to be published, as such, by virtue of order issued by the State Government on rd July, 2015, the elections to managing committee of APMC, Tuljapur stands postponed for a period of six months. In this view of the matter, the grievance raised by petitioners in the instant petition stands redressed.
