The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 10 of 2016 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, District Jalna, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 354, 364 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 20th June, 2016, co-accused was already

In my opinion, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 20th June, 2016 in Criminal Application No. 2686 of 2016, on the same terms. Hence, the following order:- (a) The applicant be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 10 of 2016 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, District Jalna, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 354 and 364 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/-, with one surety in the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and prosecution witnesses.
