Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the parties to the petition were referred for mediation by the learned J.M.F.C., Pathri. The respondent herein has filed the proceedings against the present petitioner under Section 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005. On 20th December, 2014 the parties to the present petition have filed compromise pursis before the learned J.M.F.C., Pathri. The complainant has submitted before the learned Court that, she does not wish to proceed further and has sought liberty to withdraw the complaint. The said complaint was disposed of in view of the compromise pursis. The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record photo
