The Petition arises out of Regular Civil Suit No. 307/2018 pending in the Court of learned Jt. Civil Judge Junior Division, Ambejogai. Though there is no stay or any interim relief granted by this Court, the suit is still not decided and is pending. 2.

Since none is appearing for the Petitioners, this Court has no option but to dismiss the Petition for default. Hence, Petition stands dismissed for default. Trial Court is requested to decide Regular Civil Suit No. 307/2018 as early as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. Parties to cooperate in speedy disposal. 3.

Pending Civil Application, if any does not survive and stands disposed of.
