Mr Nagori, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed proceedings before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Amravati in the year 2014. Even application is filed seeking prohibitory order, but no orders are passed. 2.

It is for the petitioner to prosecute the said application. The learned Assistant Charity Commissioner is empowered to pass such orders, as is permissible in law. The Assistant Charity Commissioner shall decide the application filed by the petitioner seeking prohibitory orders expeditiously.

The petitioner may request the office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the said proceedings expeditiously and if the same is not decided within reasonable time, liberty to the petitioner to move this Court.
