Heard learned Counsel for parties. Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by a reasoned interim order has already kept the main matter on 12 th July, 2017, as petitioner's challenge to transfer order is in issue. 2.

Therefore, at this stage, in view of observations made, we are not inclined to entertain present writ petition. However, liberty is granted to petitioner to move for expeditious hearing before the Tribunal. 3.
