The petitioners seeks release of land from reservation. The petitioners has issued notice under Section 127 of the M.R.T.P. Act on 07.12.2018. The period stipulated under Section 127 of M.R.T.P. Act is two years. The petition is premature.

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail the remedy, if the
