The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application seeking rental compensation. The said application is filed on 29.05.2018. It is not yet decided.

In case, the application for rental compensation is filed before the respondent No. 4 (Page no. 30) and if the same is pending, then the respondent No. 4 if is authorized to decide the same, shall decide the said application on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today.
