ORAL JUDGMENT :- ( Per S.V.Gangapurwala, J. ) 1.

Heard Mr. Karad the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP. This Court, vide interim order, dated 14.7.2015

WP 7036.2015.odt had allowed the petitioner to admit the students for the under graduate pharmacy course for the academic year 2015-2016 as per the intake capacity approved by the AICTE. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, pursuant to the interim orders passed, admissions are granted.

We had passed the said interim order on the basis of the order passed by the Apex Court in a case of Orissa Technical Colleges Association Vs. AICTE and another whereby the AICTE was allowed to grant extension of approvals for the academic year 2015-2016.

In light of the above, rule is made absolute in terms of interim orders passed. No costs.
