The statement made through Advocate is accepted. 4] The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to deposit of amount under the award in this Court within six weeks. On failure to deposit the amount within the time prescribed, unless the time is extended before the due date, the order granting stay to execution of the judgment and award shall stand recalled.
