The matter was referred for mediation to the the learned Mediator Advocate Shri S. S. Choudhari. Mediation report is received. Mediation is successful and the parties have settled the matter. The appellant and respondent both are present in Court. They are identified by their respective counsel. In view of the mediation, the respondent has paid Rs.2,05,000/- to the appellant.
