Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 15.06.2022 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Review Application No.164 of 2017.

The learned AGP raised a preliminary objection about the maintainability of the petition and against the order of Divisional Commissioner, the petitioner is having an alternate efficacious remedy of filing an appeal before the State Government. 4.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as not maintainable.

The petitioner is at liberty to file appeal before the State Government within a period of eight weeks from today.

The time spent while prosecuting this petition shall be taken into consideration by the State Government. 7.

After filing of an appeal, the State Government shall decide the same within a period of six months from the date of filing of the appeal.
