It is submitted that in respect of the same Institution and similarly situated employees as that of the petitioner, this Court has disposed of Writ Petition No.7483 of 2015 and other connected petitions under order 29th March, 2017.

The learned counsel for the respective parties and the learned A.G.P. accede that the present petitioner is similarly situated as that of the petitioners in Writ Petition No.7483 of 2015 with connected writ petitions decided by this court on 29th March, 2017.

In the light of above, we follow the same course and pass the following order.

The respondent authority i.e. respondent No.4 shall decide the proposal submitted by the Management and/or Institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six months on its own merits. If there are deficiencies in the proposal, the Management/Institution shall comply with the same. The petitioner and/or Institution may represent themselves before the Education Officer. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
