The learned counsel for petitioners submits that there are vacancies available on the establishment of Zilla Parishad. The petitioners can be absorbed in the said vacancies. The Secretary, School Education and Sports Department has also communicated the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed to absorb teachers under letter dated 17.05.2019.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. Mr. Chate, learned counsel accepts notice of respondent nos.3 and 4.

The petitioners shall approach respondent no.3 and seek redressal of their grievance as claimed in the present petition.
