It is submitted that the petitioner is dead. The petitioner was terminated from service. The learned counsel submits that separate proceedings have been filed challenging the termination. In the said appeal, legal heirs may have right to proceed ahead on the ground that right to sue survives.

In the present case, the representations filed by the petitioner challenging minority status of his employer are sought to be decided. The employer is not party to this petition also. Legal heirs of the petitioner can raise all the grounds in pending appeal. Writ petition, as such, is disposed of as abated.
