Heard. We do not see any reason to interfere in the order of transfer impugned in this Petition.

It is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that some adverse circumstances have been stated in the affidavit in reply filed by the Respondents before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and even the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has made certain observations.

Upon perusal of the contents of the order of transfer, we do not see any reason excepting the administrative convenience for transfer of the petitioner from Ambejogai to Lokhandi Savargaon. However, we make it clear that any adverse remarks/observations either in the reply filed by the respondents or in the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal will not come in the way of the petitioner as adverse in his service career.

With the above observations, the Petition stands rejected.
