The applicant is wrongly shown as Vimal Rajaram Dikshit in the cause title of the application. Actually it is the respondent in the petition Subhash Dhanpal Khot who has filed this civil application as is evident from the application on page 7. 2.
The applicant shall accordingly correct the cause title of the application forthwith.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the non-applicant who is the original petitioner.

Though I was inclined to hear this petition today itself and Mr. Patni addressed the Court on the petition, however, when it came to the turn of the applicant, Mr. Deshpande prayed for time for preparation in the writ petition.
