The said order is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. As per the said order, the Darkhast is disposed of as withdrawn since it is fully satisfied. Considering that the original Darkhast itself has been disposed of, nothing survives in the present writ petition. 3.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
