The learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant submits that he would deposit Rs.90,000/- as arrears which was directed to be paid in terms of order dated 09/04/2018. He further submits that he would continue to pay Rs.2000/- per month quarterly. Applicant to deposit Rs.90,000/- with the Registry within two weeks. 2.

In the event, the applicant/appellant fails to pay the amount as directed to be paid within time hereinafter, the interim relief would automatically stand vacated without further reference to the Court. Application stands disposed of.
