JULY 05, 2024 ORDER :- This is an application for temporary bail, on the ground that the applicant's mother, who is 75 years old, is not keeping well. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no one to take care of the applicant's mother, except the applicant's father, who is 85 years old and suffering from old-age deceases. He submits that the applicant's wife is residing separately. He, therefore, prays that considering all these aspects, the applicant may be granted temporary bail for a period of three months.

The application is opposed by learned APP for the respondent - State. He submits that he has taken instructions from the concerned police station and it is informed that the applicant's mother has been discharged from hospital on 28.06.2024 and presently, she is at home. He submits that the applicant's father is available to take care of the applicant's mother. He prays for rejection of the application.

Learned counsel for the applicant also points out the photographs of the applicant's mother. From the same, it is seen that she is ailing and bed-ridden.

In view of the above, since there is no one to take care of the applicant's mother except the old-aged father of the applicant, we consider it appropriate to partly allow the application. Hence, the following order:- (i) The application is partly allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on temporary bail for a period of one month from the date of his release, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

6-crappln2704.2024 (iii) The applicant shall report to M.I.D.C. Police Station, Paithan, Dist. Aurangabad, on every alternate day between 04.00 p.m. and 06.00 p.m.
