Present application has been filed for bringing the legal representatives of the sole respondent on record. Sole respondent expired on 25-10-2020. The civil application is within limitation. 2.

The present applicant is the original plaintiff who had filed suit for declaration of ownership and for possession and, therefore, the right to sue survives.

Legal representatives of the respondent are necessary to be brought on record. Hence, the application stands allowed and disposed of.

Necessary amendment to be carried out on or before 31-082021. 5.
