The Petitioner prays for restoration of the Writ Petition which was on stamp number, at a pre-notice stage, and was dismissed for non removal of office objections. Delay of 31 days is caused in filing this application.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

For the reasons stated and since the delay is neither deliberate nor inordinate, the Civil Application is allowed. The delay is condoned. 4.

All office objections to be removed within 15 days. After the office objections are removed, the matter shall stand restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
