Learned counsel for the applicants-appellants undertakes to remove the office objections within one week from the restoration of the appeal along with application seeking condonation of delay. 3.

Considering the cause assigned and undertaking given to remove the office objections, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses 'A' and 'B'. Office objection be removed within one week.
