{1} CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1816 OF 2023 IN FIRST APPEAL NO. 2735 OF 2021 WITH CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1815 OF 2023 IN FIRST APPEAL NO. 2736 OF 2021 WITH CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1814 OF 2023 IN FIRST APPEAL NO. 2738 OF 2021 Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of their entire respective amounts of compensation, in all these applications, which have been deposited by the appellantacquiring body. The appellant-acquiring body has deposited only 75% of the impugned awards amounts.

This Court, in other connected matter, vide order dated 04.12.2019, has already permitted the applicant therein to withdraw 75% amount from the entire compensation

{2} amount.

In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid 75% deposited amounts i.e. 50% on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing security/solvent to the satisfaction of Registrar (J) of this Court.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
