By this civil application, the applicant/petitioner prays for condonation of 110 days delay and restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed on account of non-removal of office objections.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

For the reasons set out, the application is allowed, subject to the following directions :- (a) All office objections shall be removed, on or before 30/09/2022, failing which, the earlier order dated

(2) 02/08/2021, would stand restored.

(b) Subject to the compliance of the above, the writ petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed.

Considering the petitioner's desire not to rely on certain illegible pages, the said pages shall be removed from the writ petition paper book.
