We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The application filed by the petitioner for enrolling him as a Member was rejected by respondent No.4-Bank.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has an alternate remedy under the statute.

In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain this petition on merit. The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be permissible in law.
