1] None present for the petitioners.
2] This Court, by order dated 30.04.2014, had passed the following order :

Mr.Dhaware, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are intimated by letter dated 24/02/2014 that learned Advocate Mr.Malte is withdrawing his Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioners.

The Track Result Printout from the Website of India Post Ministry of Communication and Information Technology is placed on record, which indicates that on 27/02/2014, the letter sent by the learned Advocate to the petitioners has been received at Faizpur, however, it does not indicate whether letter has been served on the petitioners or not.
Mr.Malte expressed his inability to appear on behalf of the petitioners.

Mr.Talhar, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 submits that pursuant to the impugned judgment of the School Tribunal, respondent No.1 has already been re-instated in employment and thereafter an approval to his appointment has also been granted. According to him, the dispute between the litigating parties no longer exists and the petition could be disposed off, as being infructuous.

In the light of the above, issue notice to the petitioners, returnable on 20/06/2014.
Notice to indicate that if the petitioners do not cause their appearance either in person or through an Advocate, the statement of respondent No.1 would be accepted and the petition would then be disposed of.

In these circumstances, appearance of Mr.Malte is discharged.
3] In view of above order, today none appears for the petitioners although they are served.
4] The statement made by the respondent no.1, which is recorded in the above order dated 30.04.2014 is accepted.
5] In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
