By this application, learned Advocate Mr. Manale, appearing for the applicants, seeks to fix the date for final hearing of the second appeal.

He submits that the issue involved is as to the share of daughter in the ancestral property which is now settled in case of Vineeta Sharma Versus Rakesh Sharma and Others, AIR 2020 SC 3717. Therefore, the appeal itself can be disposed of in view of law laid by the Supreme Court. He submits that no other issue requires deliberation in this appeal. 3.
