ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for applicants and respondent- Insurance Company.

Considering the matter of Motor Accident Claims Petition and reasons mentioned in the application filed by the dependents of deceased, permission is granted to applicants-claimants to withdraw 50 % of amount of deposited compensation, subject to filing written undertaking by applicants No. 1, 3 and 4 for re-depositing the withdrawn amount, as and when directed by this Court. The undertaking be filed within eight (8) weeks from the date of passing of this order.

The 50 % amount of the deposited compensation be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule, for compliance of withdrawal order and submission of undertaking. Undertaking be transmitted to this Court in First Appeal Stamp No. 39240 of 2017. Learned Registrar (J) to act accordingly.
