The Petitioner claims to be a fair price shop license holder at Lohara, Taluka - Lohara, District - Osmanabad. His grievance is that the card holders registered with his shop are being diverted to other shops by the authorities. He has lodged a representation / complaint dated 25.10.2021, to the District Supply Officer, Osmanabad. The said representation is pending. 2.

The learned AGP appears on behalf of all the Respondents and opposes this Petition.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Respondent No.3 / District Supply Officer, Osmanabad shall decide the presentation of the Petitioner dated 25.10.2021, by following the due procedure as is laid down in law and by granting opportunity of hearing to all stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 30.11.2022.
