Writ Petition is filed basically with direction to decide his representation and to consider the request of the petitioner to change his Head Quarter from Nagpur Distrtict to Jalna District or Aurangabad District or any other District adjacent to Aurangabad.

Learned counsel for respondents state that the Head Quarter of the Petitioner from Nagpur has been changed to Nanded District. 3.

In light of that, writ petition becomes infructuous. Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

In case, the petitioner makes any further representation with regard to the change of Head Quarter, the authorities will be at liberty to consider the same in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
