Mr.Gore, learned counsel for the petitioner states that directions be issued to the Respondents to allow the petitioner to sell stamps as specified in his license issued under Rule 7 of the Bombay Stamps Supply and Sale Rules, 1934. In the premises of Tahsil Office, Kannad, the license is issued to the petitioner to sell non-judicial stamp papers up to Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand), Judicial Stamp Labels and Stamp paper up to Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand) for single transaction at Tahsil Office. However, the petitioner is not being allowed to do his avocation as
per the license issued. Even application was given by the petitioner.

Mrs.Gondhalekar, learned Addl. G.P on instructions of one Mr.Deshatwad N.V., Naib Tahsildar, states that the petitioner is doing his business of selling stamps in the premises of Tahsil campus, Kannad and is not being prevented from selling the stamps in the premises of Tahsil campus of Kannad. The said statement is accepted.

In view of the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
