PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that petitioners have filed an Appeal before the Appellate Authority challenging the order passed by the Collector Stamp, Aurangabad. The Appellate Authority is not decided the said application nor the Appeal and everyday the fresh notices are issued to petitioners for deposit of the amount of stamp duty.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondents and submits that it is only in May-2019 the Appeal has been filed by petitioners.

The respondents-Appellate Authority may decide the appeal on its own merits, in accordance with law.

However, shall decide the said application filed by petitioners on its own merits, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of appearance of petitioners. The petitioners and Collector Stamp may appear before the Appellate Authority on 08.07.2019.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.

All contentions of respective parties are kept open.
