Considering the prayers set out in these petitions, the learned AGP has gathered instructions from the concerned authorities that all these claims as regards uncleared bills are stale and several

WP No.8219/22 documents and files will have to be dug into, to verify as to whether these claims are undisputed. He submits that it would take atleast six months time to go into the records, since the record dates back to ten years or more.

Considering our writ jurisdiction, we would not be inclined to entertain these petitions, if they are in respect of disputed bills, payment terms, amount to be paid etc.
