We have heard Mr. Kedar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for respondent nos.1 to 3.

Mr. Kedar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner would not press any other prayer clause except prayer Clause (B).

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending since year 2009, the Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the

(2) 100-WP-7980-2019 Committee on 08.07.2019. The petitioner shall also cooperate in expedite disposal of the said proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
