The applicants have taken out this application for substituted service, seeking issuance of notice to respondent Nos. 2A to 2D, by way of paper publication, for the reasons set out in detail in the application, supported by an affidavit.

On due consideration of the submissions, in the light of cause assigned, seeking substituted service by way of paper publication , in the light of report submitted by the Bailiff, I am of the view, the application deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), subject to payment of cost of publication. Cost of publication to be directly paid to the concerned newspaper .

Notice to respondents made returnable on 26th November, 2018.
