In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the alternate forum to challenge the impugned order in this petition.

In the event, the petitioner approaches to the alternate forum to challenge the impugned order in the present writ petition, while computing the period of limitation, the time spent before this Court in prosecuting the present writ petition to be excluded under section 14 of the Limitation Act.
